Spa + Boutique within the Royal Poinciana Plaza
Spacesmith is acting as the executive architect for PUIG–Dr. Barbara Sturm’s new 2,000 sf Spa + Boutique within the Royal Poinciana Plaza in Palm Beach. The project supports the brand’s expansion of its US brick-and-mortar presence following the opening of its Miami Design District location. Working in collaboration with interior designer Martyn Laurence Bullard as design architect, Spacesmith is leading the project through construction documentation, permitting, and construction administration, coordinating all consultants and securing necessary approvals while aligning the concept design with existing site conditions.
