The Soho loft design served as the inspiration for the 'Polo Jeans' showroom. Reclaimed wood floors, cast iron and glass windows, painted brick walls, exposed mechanical ducts and industrial lighting perfectly simulate the desired loft experience.

The ‘Lauren Jeans’ space represents Phase I of the 57,000 sf of renovations. The design includes the offices and production space for the newly repositioned ‘Lauren’ fashion line. Spacesmith collaborated with the Polo Creative Services teams to create a high-end showroom. The space is decorated in a warm soothing tone with polished nickel highlights. Spacesmith re-interpreted and updated the previous ‘Lauren’ showroom look into a clean, spare space with elegant detail.
