Peterson Management and project manager, Gardiner & Theobold, engaged Spacesmith as executive architect for the company’s relocation to a larger office space at 399 Park Ave. The 25,000 sf space consists of two areas: the tower side and a freestanding glass pavilion, which would house both the companies’ counterparts, Peterson Management and the Peterson Foundation.
