Spacesmith provided recommendations to support the site selection process led by the CLC’s real estate advisor. Using our analysis and rental option assessments, the CLC identified potential sites to advance for stakeholder review. For the Consortium for Workers Education (CWE), Spacesmith delivered programming services, pricing studies, and test fits to assist in locating a new headquarters. Once the site was chosen, our team designed the 9,500-sf office with an emphasis on reusing existing space to meet a tight budget, minimize construction waste, and incorporate American-made products.
