New York State Energy Research & Development (NYSERDA) engaged Spacesmith for the consolidation and renovation of their Manhattan office. The 37,000 sf space requires a new program to support their team, including private offices, conference rooms, flexible collaboration spaces, a cafe, and more.
NYSERDA’s goal for over 50 years has been to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, accelerate economic growth, and improve quality of life across the state of New York. For such an innovative agency, a sustainable design solution is top priority.
