Jhoel Prevendido is an experienced designer with a background in public utilities infrastructure, master planning, institutional, and civic buildings. Growing up in Bermuda, Jhoel developed an early interest in architecture through the island's vibrant residential design community, completing an internship with a high-end architectural firm while still in high school. He went on to earn both his BFA in Architecture and Master of Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design, where he was exposed to the forms of public architecture he would come to love.

As a senior designer, Jhoel works closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams. His proactive approach builds trust among collaborators – a key element to any project’s success.

Outside of the office, Jhoel explores the built environment through photography and long runs around the city. His observations inform his work, always adding to his understanding of public space and how buildings can serve diverse populations.
