The Davis Brody Bond–Spacesmith Joint Venture is working with the General Services Administration, US Customs and Border Protection, and various other federal agencies on a new Land Port of Entry (LPOE) at the Highgate Springs, Vermont–St. Armand/Philipsburg, QC, Canada border crossing.

Once this expansion is completed, the existing facility—one of New England’s busiest land ports of entry—will no longer be able to accommodate the volume of crossings; therefore, the new facility will be substantially larger and modern enough to safely and efficiently handle this growth.
