Hermès, French luxury fashion house established in 1837

Spacesmith was engaged to design and construct a temporary Hermès store to maintain retail operations during a major expansion of the brand’s flagship location—more than doubling its original size.

In close collaboration with the Hermès of Paris in-house design and construction teams, as well as Hermès International based in Paris, the project prioritized both efficiency and brand integrity. The design incorporated proprietary modular furniture to support the store’s temporary nature while upholding the high standards of craftsmanship and elegance synonymous with Hermès.
