Daniel approaches architecture through the lens of making—merging a passion for fabrication with a fascination for how design shapes emotion, interaction, and experience.

Before joining Spacesmith, Daniel built a wide-ranging career that includes custom architectural metalwork and tenure as a design engineer for a global consumer electronics company. His hands-on background gives him a deep understanding of how things are made and how they endure.

Curious by nature, Daniel thrives in roles that span design, engineering, and strategy. He holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and regularly exhibits his artwork, including sculpture, painting, and drawing. Across disciplines, his work reflects a commitment to thoughtful craft, lasting materials, and the emotional potential of design.
