Intermediate Architect

Angel Robiou

Creativity thrives where discipline meets heart — I bring both to every project I touch.

Angel approaches architecture as both an art and a responsibility. Trained from an early age in photography, music, drawing, and painting, he brings deep creative fluency to his work. For him, architecture is where imaginative expression meets structured purpose—a discipline that channels artistic instinct into the built environment.

Before joining Spacesmith, Angel played pivotal roles on projects that ranged in scale and setting—from the Center of Opportunity for Gospel Rescue Mission in Tucson, Arizona, to a multi-residential complex in New Jersey, to a workplace interior for a major law firm on Fifth Avenue in New York City.

He holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidad Central del Este in the Dominican Republic. Outside the office, Angel continues to engage in creative pursuits: teaching architectural software to emerging designers, making music at his local church, and creating fantasy art for a book he dreams of publishing.
