george weiss associates George Weiss Associates Inc., a privately-held investment management operation, sought to expand its Park Avenue offices to an adjacent floor. Spacesmith designed the new floor along with the communicating stair. For ease of access, the stair is located in the reception area and features stainless steel railings and an adjacent glass wall. The project was phased in order to maintain uninterrupted 24-hour trading operations.
